Cabins & Rates

All log cabins come completely furnished with basic cabin furniture and have a living/dining area with a fireplace, completely equipped electrical kitchen, bathroom with a hot water shower, a master bedroom with double bed on the ground floor and various other sleeping arrangements.

CABINS:

Little Bear: 2 double bedrooms on the first floor with a cot in the living area

White Birch: single floor cabin with 1 double in master and two singles in second bedroom with a single in the living area

Bobcat: 1 dbl. downstairs with a trundle in the living area and two open loft areas upstairs with four cots

2008 RATE SCHEDULE
May 23 to October 13

Cabin rentals begin 3:00 p.m. Saturday and end 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Deposits refundable only with 3 week notice of cancellation.
(There is a $50
cancellation fee)

PEOPLE PER WEEK
1-4 $800
5-8 $900

(Six adults maximum per cabin). Special rates for stays of longer than 2 weeks.

3-night minimum rental rates for the entire season.

1-4 $135
5-8 $150

(9% VT Room Tax)

CABINS:

Cubs: single floor cabin with a King sized master and second bedroom with a trundle and single and a trundle bed in the living area


Possum: 1 dbl. downstairs with a double and two single bedrooms upstairs and a sleeping loft with two singles

All written reservations must be accompanied
by $200 deposit per rental week:
$100 deposit for 3-day minimum rental.
Phone reservations will be
held 7 days pending deposit.

All cabins are furnished with blankets, pillows, kitchenware, and charcoal grills. You need only furnish your towels and linens.

Well-behaved pets are welcome at Roaring Branch
